Pinelopi graduated from Lancaster University where she obtained her L.L.B. Thereafter, she received her LLM degree with Distinction from Durham University. Pinelopi was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010 while working at a prestigious law firm in Cyprus.

Prior to joining E & G Economides LLC, Pinelopi worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at an international company in Cyprus where she gained strong experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, dealing with closings and contract negotiations, and handling commercial law and intellectual property law matters. Pinelopi also gained international expertise dealing with multiple legal issues in various jurisdictions worldwide.

In her current role, Pinelopi is responsible for the establishment and administration of trusts, foundations and wills, and she also manages a portfolio of clients.
